2) Type and nature of the data processed
“Personal Data” means any information relating to a person identified or identifiable natural persons with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an on-line identifier or to one or more characteristic elements of their physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.< br> Navigation data

3) Purposes of processing and legal bases
The Personal Data you provide through the Site will be processed by Mancini Tools for the following purposes:

a. purposes related to the execution of a contract of which you are a part of or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted upon your request (e.g.: request for contact via the “contact” form, sending of information on the products requested by the user, shipment of an order processed through the Site etc.);
b. purposes regarding research/statistical analysis on aggregated or anonymous data, therefore without the possibility of directly identifying the user, aimed at measuring the functioning of the site, measuring traffic and evaluating usability and interest;
c. purposes relating to the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which Mancini Utensili is subject;
d. purposes necessary to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court or whenever the judicial authorities exercise their jurisdictional functions;

Navigation data is processed as necessary to implement IT and telematic protocols.
Processing for the purposes referred to in point b) is carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest by the Data Controller.
The purposes referred to in points c) and d) represent a legitimate processing of personal data pursuant to the Applicable Regulations since, once the Personal Data has been provided, the processing is indeed necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which Mancini Utensili is subject or to exercise its right of defense in court.
Providing your Personal Data for the purposes referred to in points c) and d) above is optional, however failing to provide it could make it impossible to respond to your request or fulfill a legal obligation which Mancini Utensili may be subject to.

4) Recipients

6) Data retention
The personal data provided directly by the user will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes of the processing indicated in point 3 and, in any case, no later than the terms in which the owner is subject to conservation obligations established by law or regulations.
The navigation data is kept for no more than 7 days (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authorities).
Personal data collected for issuing commercial notifications with the consent of the interested party is kept for 12 months.

7) Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data
The following are recipients of the data collected after consulting the Site and have been designated pursuant to article 28 of the Regulation:
Hosting provider (Siteground Inc), Tax consultant of Mancini Utensili srl.
The personal data collected is also processed by employees and supervisors of Mancini Utensili s.r.l., and/or designated and authorized system administrators who have been provided with specific instructions. Those authorized have differentiated levels of access, according to the specific tasks.

8) Data transfer
Some of the data collected may be transmitted outside the European Union.
Mancini Utensili ensures that the electronic and paper processing of your Personal Data by the Recipients takes place in compliance with the Applicable Law.
Indeed, the transfers are based alternatively on an adequacy decision or on the Standard Model Clauses approved by the European Commission.

9) Data subject’s rights
As an interested party (i.e. the natural person-user which the personal data refers to) you can exercise at any time all the rights recognized by articles 15-22 of (EU) Regulation 2016/679, in particular:

• object, at any time, to the processing of your personal data in the event of the occurrence of particular situations that concern you;
• revoke consent, at any time, if the processing is based on your consent for one or more specific purposes and regards common personal data (for example date and place of birth or place of residence), or particular categories of data (for example data revealing your racial origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health status or sex life).
